Gomokuzushi is a Kansai-style (Osaka-area) Japanese dish made by mixing cooked ingredients with a bowl of rice, topping the rice with a thin layer of cooked egg (usually cut into fine strips), and then topping that with other ingredients, often including ebi (shrimp), and cooked vegetables.
