Milk Bar Pie, originally known as Crack Pie, is a buttery custard-style pie, based originally on historical recipes for chess pie, with a oatmeal cookie crust. It is the signature recipe for Momofuku Milk Bar, a New York City-based restaurant started by chef Christina Tosi.
