Navettes de Saint-Victor are elongated, orange-blossom scented sugar cookies made in Marseille. The "navettes" in the name to the boat-like shape of the cookie, which is variously claimed to be in memory of the boat that brought the Three Maries to France, or to a statue of the Virgin Mary found on the banks of the Lacydon in the 13th century.
