A rice cracker is a cracker made with rice as its main flour. They are particularly popular in Japan, where senbei crackers are produced a very wide range of shapes, sizes, and flavors, and are often eaten as a snack. Other popular rice crackers include arare, called kakimochi in Hawaii, and rengginang, an Indonesian rice cracker.
