Shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris), also called lady's purse, is a common plant in the mustard family that is native to Eastern Europe and Asian minor, but grows wild in much of the world.
It is cultivated across Asia, where it is called jìcài (荠菜; 薺菜), naengi (냉이), and nazuna (ナズナ).
