Monmouth pudding is a British pudding made with breadcrumbs, sugar, milk, and eggs, topped with jam. It is a simple pudding, often associated with the lean season of early spring, and may be enriched with compote of early spring fruits such as rhubarb.
It is very similar to the British pudding called Queen of Puddings.
