Obložené chlebíčky

Obložené chlebíčky is a Czech term for open-faced sandwiches , which are usually served on veka bread with ham , fish spreads, eggs , pickled cucumbers , tomato , bell pepper , radishes , and other garnishes. Small, single-bite sandwiches are also made and called jednohubky .
